1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the cocaqq website accessible at https://cocaqq.cam and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces, APIs, or services provided by cocaqq.
• "Account" means the personal membership account created by a User upon successful registration and identity verification on the Platform.
• "Member" or "User" means any individual who has registered an Account and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
• "Services" refers to all gambling, betting, gaming, and related entertainment offerings provided by cocaqq, including but not limited to sports betting (bandar bola), live casino, slot games, togel (lottery), and any future products added to the Platform.
• "Deposit" means the transfer of funds in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) from your bank account or e-wallet to your cocaqq Account balance for the purpose of placing bets or playing games.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from your cocaqq Account balance back to your verified bank account or e-wallet.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or other incentives offered by cocaqq, which are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements outlined at the time of the offer.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by international gaming regulations and anti-money-laundering laws, involving submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and selfie verification.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, making a Deposit, or using any Service on the cocaqq Platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by:

1. These Terms & Conditions in their entirety;
2. Our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and storage of your personal data;
3. Our Responsible Gaming Policy, which outlines tools and resources available to promote safe gambling behavior;
4. Any game-specific rules, betting rules, or promotional terms published on the Platform at the time you participate in a particular offering.

cocaqq reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. Amendments become effective immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Platform after such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register an Account and use cocaqq's Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. cocaqq strictly enforces Indonesia's legal gambling age. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and will immediately suspend Accounts that fail age verification.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are physically located in Indonesia and that you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list, banned user list, or restricted individual registry maintained by cocaqq or any third-party responsible-gaming organization.
• You must not have previously had an Account closed by cocaqq for breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraud, or any other violation.

3.2 Account Registration Process

Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including:

• Full legal name (matching your government-issued identification);
• Valid email address;
• Mobile phone number (Indonesian +62 prefix);
• Date of birth (to verify 21+ age requirement);
• Residential address in Indonesia;
• Preferred username and secure password.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility, whether authorized by you or not. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify cocaqq support immediately via email at [email protected] or through live chat.

3.3 KYC Verification

cocaqq is required by international gaming regulations and Indonesian anti-money-laundering laws to verify the identity of all Members. You will be required to complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal, and potentially at other times as determined by our compliance team. KYC submission includes:

• A clear photo or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP);
• Proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence);
• A recent selfie photograph holding your KTP next to your face for identity-match verification.

Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of your first Deposit or within 7 days of a withdrawal request may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of bonuses. cocaqq will never request your password, PIN, or CVV code as part of KYC.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted to hold only one Account on the cocaqq Platform. Creating multiple Accounts, using false identities, or attempting to circumvent Account restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Processing

cocaqq supports deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon. Instant to 15-minute processing.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja. Instant processing.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method (typically Rp 25.000 for e-wallets, Rp 50.000 for bank transfers). Maximum deposit limits are stated at the time of transaction. cocaqq does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

Deposits must originate from an account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods & Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent Deposit, or to a verified bank account registered in your legal name. Withdrawal processing times:

• Bank Transfers: Typically 15 minutes to 2 hours during Indonesian banking hours (WIB). Larger amounts (above Rp 50.000.000) may require additional security review and take up to 24 hours.
• E-Wallets: Typically under 30 minutes.

Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100.000. Maximum withdrawal per transaction: Rp 100.000.000 (higher amounts may require splitting into multiple transactions). cocaqq does not charge withdrawal fees for the first 3 withdrawals per calendar month; subsequent withdrawals may incur a nominal processing fee as stated at the time of request.

All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. cocaqq reserves the right to request additional documentation or delay withdrawal processing if suspicious activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

cocaqq operates under strict anti-money-laundering (AML) protocols. You may be required to wager your Deposit amount at least once (1× turnover) before a withdrawal is approved. This requirement does not apply to withdrawals of documented winnings. Deposits and immediate withdrawals without gameplay may be flagged for AML review and subject to a 5% administrative fee.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility & Terms

cocaqq offers various promotional bonuses including Welcome Bonuses, Deposit Bonuses, Cashback, Free Bets, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including:

• Wagering Requirements: You must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times (e.g., 10× wagering) before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino may contribute 10-50%; certain games may be excluded entirely.
• Maximum Bet Limit: While playing with an active bonus, you may be subject to a maximum bet limit (e.g., Rp 50.000 per spin or bet). Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• Expiration: Bonuses and their associated wagering requirements typically expire 30 days after issuance unless otherwise stated.

cocaqq reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, or close Accounts if bonus abuse is detected, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, colluding with other players, exploiting software errors, or engaging in irregular betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without risk.

5.2 One Bonus Per Household

Welcome bonuses and certain promotional offers are limited to one per person, one per household, one per IP address, and one per payment method. Sharing bonuses among family members or using shared internet connections to circumvent this restriction is prohibited.

6. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

6.1 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets are settled according to the official result at the time of event completion. For football (bandar bola) markets:

• 1X2 (Match Result): Settled based on the result at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus injury time). Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count unless explicitly stated.
• Asian Handicap (voor bola): Settled based on the handicap spread applied to the final regular-time score. Half-goal and quarter-goal handicaps follow standard Asian handicap settlement rules.
• Over/Under Total Goals: Settled on the total number of goals scored in regular time. Own goals count toward the team credited with the goal by the official league.
• BTTS (Both Teams to Score): Settled Yes if both teams score at least one goal in regular time; No otherwise.

If a match is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled before completion, bets are generally voided and stakes returned, unless the match is completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time. cocaqq reserves final discretion on settlement of disputed or exceptional events.

6.2 Live Casino & Slot Rules

All live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) are streamed from licensed studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and other certified providers. Results are determined by physical card draws, wheel spins, or dice rolls conducted live on camera. cocaqq does not manipulate or interfere with live-dealer outcomes.

Slot games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent testing laboratories (GLI, iTech Labs, or equivalent). Return to Player (RTP) percentages and game rules are published within each game's information screen. cocaqq cannot and does not influence individual spin outcomes.

6.3 Togel (Lottery) Rules

Togel markets are settled based on official results published by the respective lottery organizations (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, Sydney Pools, etc.). Draw times are published in Western Indonesia Time (WIB). Results are typically available within 15 minutes of the official draw conclusion. In the event of a disputed result or official correction, cocaqq will re-settle bets according to the final corrected result.

7. Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

All Members have access to the following responsible-gaming tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum continuous play duration with automatic logout upon reaching the limit.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend Account access for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic pop-up reminders showing session duration and net win/loss.

Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the chosen duration. During self-exclusion, you will not receive promotional materials and your Account will be inaccessible. Contact [email protected] to activate self-exclusion.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

1. Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
2. Creating multiple Accounts or using false identities.
3. Depositing funds derived from illegal sources or using cocaqq for money laundering purposes.
4. Colluding with other players, sharing Account information, or engaging in syndicate betting.
5. Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any technology designed to manipulate the Platform or gain unfair advantage.
6. Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for personal gain.
7. Abusing bonuses through irregular betting patterns, risk-free wagering strategies, or circumventing eligibility restrictions.
8. Chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or payment provider after funds have been used for gambling.
9. Harassing, threatening, or abusing cocaqq staff or other Members via chat, email, or any communication channel.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of balance and bonuses, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

9. Limitation of Liability

cocaqq provides the Platform and Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• cocaqq is not liable for any technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service disruptions that prevent you from accessing the Platform or placing bets.
• cocaqq is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to secure your Account credentials, use of weak passwords, or sharing your login information.
• cocaqq is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, emotional distress, or reputational harm.
• In no event shall cocaqq's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

You acknowledge that gambling inherently involves risk of loss and that cocaqq cannot guarantee winnings or successful outcomes. You participate in all Services at your own risk.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the cocaqq Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video, software, and compilation of data (collectively, "Content"), is the property of cocaqq or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Content without prior written permission from cocaqq;
• Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, spiders) to extract, download, or monitor Content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used to provide the Platform;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from Content.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cocaqq holds its gaming license, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For Members located in Indonesia, local consumer protection laws may provide additional rights that cannot be contractually waived.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall be resolved as follows:

1. Informal Resolution: Contact cocaqq support at [email protected] to attempt good-faith resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.
2. Formal Complaint: If informal resolution fails, submit a written complaint detailing the nature of the dispute, the relief sought, and any supporting documentation. cocaqq will investigate and respond within 14 business days.
3. Arbitration: If the dispute remains unresolved, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). Arbitration will be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against cocaqq.

12. Amendments & Communication

cocaqq may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time by publishing the revised version on this page. Material changes will be communicated via email or Account notification where feasible. Your continued use of the Platform after amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

All official communications from cocaqq will be sent to the email address registered on your Account. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is current and to monitor your inbox (including spam/junk folders) for important notices.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the original intent and economic effect.
